We will keep our story brief—much has happened since we first opened the tea room in 2018, but overall, running it has been a wonderful, enjoyable, and rewarding experience.

Matt and Luke own the tea room, who also own the hair salon/ barber shop and dog grooming shops, also at the junction, though you will always find Matt at the tea room , managing and running daily operations.

We launched the tea room as a welcoming spot for the entire community—a place to meet friends or drop in alone for some good company. Within just a few months, the tea room blossomed into a true local social hub, also attracting visitors from further away (including places in America and OZ), which has been fantastic.

The tea room truly is open to everyone, and we cannot emphasise that enough. Our goal was to create a cosy, relaxing atmosphere where you’re welcome alone or with friends to enjoy good company and delicious food.

Since opening, we have received several awards, including ranking in the top 10 for “Best Tea/Coffee Shop” in Lincolnshire in 2025 as voted for by the public.

Customers love our hearty, home-style dishes—they’re flavourful and satisfying! We are also especially well known for our Afternoon Teas; booking ahead is recommended because we tend to get quite busy.
